Various Projects for Technology Company
Problem
At Magic Leap, the Senior Director of Learning, Talent, & Engagement was a “one-woman show.” All learning projects fell under her leadership although she did not have a team or any staff on payroll.
Solution
Supported various projects that the Senior Director of Learning, Talent, & Engagement managed. These included designing and developing eLearning, animated videos, software tutorials, job aids, and recorded presentations (narrated PowerPoints). I was also tasked with finding voice talent to support animated videos, when needed.

Supported the learning function under the direction of Senior Director of Learning, Talent, & Engagement. I performed a variety of roles on various projects including audio script writing, storyboarding, eLearning design and development, video design and development, job aid design and development, audio editing, and liaising with the LMS (Cornerstone) consultant.
Target Audience
Varied and depended on the project I supported (which were multiple)
Roles
Instructional designer, video designer, software demonstration tutorial designer, professional voice talent vendor, learning technology consultant, liaison with Cornerstone LMS consultant.
Tools Used
VYOND (character videos), PowerPoint, Camtasia Studio, Audacity for audio editing, and SharePoint for creating and editing data in the Knowledge Management system.
